When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney within 2 business days and generally arrive 3-6 business days from dispatch. We generally use TNT to dispatch your orders but we may use Australia Post if your order is a smaller parcel.
We’ll email tracking information to your account’s email address once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods, dispatch and courier delays may apply.
Can I use my own courier to collect my order from your Sydney warehouse?
Depending on the courier you’re using, we should be able to facilitate this. Please reach out to us before you place your order so we can co-ordinate pickup.
What happens if my order is Returned to Sender?
If your Makedo order is not able to be delivered, it may be returned to our dispatch warehouse. When your returned order is received back at the warehouse it was shipped from, we will notify you via email to offer a re-shipment for an additional freight fee or a credit for the cost of products.
What if my order needs to be delivered via a pallet service?
Larger deliveries may be more efficient being delivered via a pallet service rather than via a group of individually packed cartons. If this is the case for your order, we’ll reach out to you to confirm your delivery location has pallet capacity before delivery.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery to Canada:
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Ontario within 1-2 business days and generally arrive between 3-14 business days from dispatch.
Orders to Canada are shipped via Purolator, Fedex, Canada Post or Uniuni, depending on the weight of your order, and your order’s destination.
During peak periods dispatch and courier delays may occur.

When will my order arrive?
Orders shipping within the EU are shipped from our warehouse in Venlo in the Netherlands. Shipping estimates (after dispatch) to EU destinations are below. Shipping times are calculated from date of dispatch.

Orders to UK destinations ship from our warehouse facility in Wrexham via DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution) for parcels over 2kg and Royal Mail for parcels under 2 kg. These orders are dispatched within 2 business days and generally arrive between 1-3 days from dispatch.
